Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I recently updated my drivers to the V4 version, however, I am having issues with printing when using custom properties to set my printing preferences.  In the past I have always used "Remove Blank Areas" and "EconoMode" when printing.  When using these options with the V4 driver, the print comes out all garbled with only a bunch of horizontal lines.

I would like to revert back to the previous drivers but I have not been able to successfully do this.  I have tried selecting what appears to be the old drivers from within the printer properties settings, but I am unable to print at all when doing this.

I have tried removing and adding the printer using the windows printer menu several times, but I am not sure how to install using the previous drivers.  The HP website only appears to have the V4 drivers.  How can I revert back to the previous drivers?

Would it be possible to use the Restore feature on Windows 11 to roll back your operating system to a time BEFORE you updated the drivers?  If you can't find the drivers you need, this might be another avenue.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.

I'm on Win 10 so I'll have to see if that is an option.  I was hoping the legacy drivers might be available somewhere so I could try that avenue first.
