I just wanted to give this post a bump.  Has anyone seen this error or can point me in the right direction to find someone who has?  Thanks!

 

I have a Designjet T1700 plotter.  Recently when you turn the device on, it gets about 25-30% through the initialization stage and gives an error code of 0022-0104-0209.  There is nothing else you can do once this error pops up but to unplug the device and then plug it back in.  I have looked in the manual and also on various websites, but I can not find that exact error code.  The closest I have come is this:

That post is related to the Designjet Z6 with an error code of 0022-0104-0205.  For that code, it says it is related to the Ink Supply Station.  However, before I go replacing the ISS on my device, I thought I would make this post to see if anyone else has ran into this and what they ended up doing to fix it.  Thanks!
