Designjet T2500 diagnostics menu access code?

I recently got the error code 89:03 which i fixed but I saw from user manual i need to access the Diagnostics Menu and Service Menu but I don't know the access code.

Its a 4 digit code, I've tried 0000, 1234, 1111 etc but no luck. 

Does anyone know what the default or factory code would be?
