design jet T520

Design jet T520, sent a plot job to the plotter the screen shows plot job name and a continues HP circled by the blue processing symbol and never pass this point during a plot, test plot and have tried different files same results.

All other functions seam to work, and No Errors.

Preformed a reset and hard reset same out come each time.

Can anyone pin this down for me?

Resolved my own problem,

Turns out the T520 will not tell you if ink is low when using none HP cartridges, it will also not print and just site there with the HP insignia going in circles. i changed my ink cartridges and it now works.

If HP thinks wasting my  time over 6hrs trying to resolve this is funny then my next plotter will be another brand.
