HP DesignJet T630
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello!

At my work we use an HP DesignJet T630 that is 36" wide and should print however long we would like to print, however it will not print files 110" or longer. It will print the first 110", however even in the preview it will just show everything past that as blank and it will not print it. Usually we print simple black and white, however today we had the same problem with a shorter file that had a bigger file size because it had images and color. Why is this happening and how might I fix it?

Thank you!

The specifications suggest that the maximum print size is 66 inches. At least that is listed in the user guide, however that might be the limitation on cut sheet length. http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06880937.pdf
