Hello, I am the owner of a Designjet T630 plotter 36 inch model. It has become extremely frustrating to print through Autocad when the plotter is loaded with a roll regardless of the paper tray being loaded with A4/A3 paper. For example when I load the printer with a 610mm roll it's being detected as a little less for ex. 609.40mm. If I setup a custom paper of the same height in my Autocad application most of the time when trying to print I will get a paper mismatch error, or the plotter with grab paper from the A4/A3 tray although I have selected to use the roll. Other times the paper mismatch error will display to load a sheet although again I have chosen to print from the roll.

I would like to ask if anyone else has experienced the following behaviour and if there a solution. I have been in contact with the reseller who has no clue as to what may be causing this and he is suggesting that maybe it's an Autocad specific error and not something wrong with the plotter. I will try using some other roll and see if the problem persists.
