Hello,
after a while a recently wanted to print something on my T795.
But after booting it shows me error 79.2:04 "Restart printer".
I found out that this only appears as soon as I plug in the network cord, not before.
I guess it is related to this issue, but the file for solving this issue is not available anymore.
Can someone send me the file or give me other hints?
Best regards,
Marco

Do you have the current firmware installed? Temporary fixes such as the one you link to are usually incorporated into the next firmware release and if you have old firmware then that fix has not been applied.

Interesting, that particular error does not appear in the trouble shooting guide. You state that the printer will come to ready without a network connection. If that is the case, it could be a stale print job on the network or a device using a wrong driver. I suggest you try manually setting a different IP address on the device and see if you can connect to the network. Also if you have not already, try reapplying the current firmware.

I set a static IP for the printer and reinstalled the FW again, but unfortunately that did not help.
Without the LAN cable installed it boots up normally and short time I insert it I get the message and can not control it over the panel. Interestingly I still get on the webAccess of the printer.
