Hallo zusammen, 

 

Der Drucker gibt die Meldung raus, dass der Druckkopf ersetzt werden soll. 

The plotter say, that we should change the printhead.

Ich habe einen neuen bestellt und den Druckkopf getauscht.  Jetzt kommt diese Meldung.

I have ordered  a new one and changed him. Now i got this message. 

 

Printhead failed to complete replacement..... 

 

20211020_124247.pngDaraufhin habe ich alle Farben austauscht, weil wir auch abgelaufene Patronen hatten. Nun ist alles neu Druckkopf und Farbpatronen. Jetzt kommt die Meldung leider noch immer. 

 

Printhead and ink are now new, but the plotter still say that we should change the Printhead.... 

 

 

Daraufhin habe ich im Wartungsmenü eine Überprüfung des Sensors der Wagenbaugruppe durchgeführt. 

Die Diagnose war in Ordnung.
