Product: HP Z3200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP z3200ps printer crashs when left connected to the LAN for more the 10 hours.   

 

I would like to update my firmware but currently only have limited functions with an older version of HP Utitlity and the printer's embedded webserver.  Firmware updates doesn't work. 

 

I tried updating to the latest "HP Designjet Utility "from the HP Z3200 page but find that software does not support the HP Z3200 printer. 

 

Why is this software on the Z3200 support page if it does not support that printer?

HP Recommended

Go to HP Support - Software and driver - and there are several firmwares (check which firmware for which printer revision is!!) there is software and utilities for your printer. Read carefully before installing and updating.
