I bought this machine used and before I bought it, it had sat for over a year powered off. I've replaced the printheads and ink cartridges but I was at first getting banding on the Matte Black. I was able to get that resolved and then tried to print a 72 inch by 36 inch banner on bond paper and half way through it started to band again and then fade to a light gray instead of being black. Now I am getting no black out of the MK/C printhead only cyan for both colors and the Photo black is now banding and showing it is clogged. I have run several clean printhead cycles and it has not helped. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas of what the issue could possibly be?

There could be air bubbles in the ink lines. Check out YouTube as you will find some good troubleshooting videos there.
