Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
Please note: I AM ON A MAC
I bought the printer new in January, used it a couple of times with zero issues. Today I changed to roll size from 40" to 24" wide, and printed one print as expected (from Adobe Illustrator). However, every print I have tried after that one, rotates the image 90 degrees and shrinks the image by about half. I tried changing every setting imaginable with no change.
I have uninstalled all software twice with no change. I have tried on two different Macs with same result which tells me its either the software or the printer. Ive also reset the printer to factory settings, no change.
Any idea what is going on and how to fix???
