Product: Designjet T2500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Networked the printer using the 'add printer' feature, the printer was seen as "NPI84B193 (HP Designjet T2500 PostScript)". I added the printer. Anytime I send a print from the computer the message "Attention Required" pops up on computer and nothing prints. I can print using the USB port on the printer, but not from a computer.

HP Recommended

Check the port type that is set on the driver for network printing. Windows often assigns a WSD port and that does not update properly on status of printer. Better performance is realize by using a standard TCP/IP port for the driver.
