My Designjet 3200 errored out with an 86:01 and 23:11 after loading a cut sheet. Checked for obstructions but there were none. Cannot move the carriage left from the service station, even after turning unlock screw in back of service station by board. Did many shut down and start ups to no avail. Ran the service station diagnostics and it errored when it got to Moving Carriage Out of SVS. I also hear a click from the svs area when the error happens.
As a result, I cannot remove and inspect the service station, as one of the two mounting screws for it is blocked by the carriage.
Any ideas on how to "unlock" the carriage and move it out of the way? Thanks in advance!

It takes quite a few rotations to get the carriage out of the way and you really need to ensure you have a correct T10 driver. I guess it is possible that the drive gear that moves the internals of the service station is broken. Can you see any movement of the service station as you turn the screw. You could try pushing it backwards as you rotate the screw.

That is odd, is there any movement left to right of the carriage? Wondering if something is jammed underneath and also blocking the service station. As you are rotating do you see any movement of the service station, even the slightest?
