Designjet Z6DR randomly and very often unloads the paper roll. This requires user intervention almost constantly. We have had a technician work on it many times, replacing sensors etc. We have an entire log of how many times this has happened starting in 2022.

Sometimes it will also change dates to what appears to be random...such as the 1969.

This is costing us hours in employee time as they have to keep resetting, reloading, rebooting, etc. They are replacing rolls that still have paper on them to try keep it working more consistently.

One thing I have come across that would on the surface appear to not  be an issue can be. Try calibrating the single sheet paper presence sensor. Bad calibration can cause it to randomly think that paper has been inserted into the single sheet feed and trigger an unload.
