I have a designjet that is less than a year old. I have several issues with it and when I call customer service they do not help with the problems, deny the warranty, and sometimes just won't answer the phones. So I don't call customer support anymore. My biggest problem is that the printer doesn't have enough memory to print certain landscape plans. Someone told me I need to upgrade the memory but I cannot find a website geared toward that. Can someone guide me on where to purchase the memory and how to install it?

Page 605 of manual describes several workarounds when there is insufficient memory.
● Use another App to print these jobs.
● Select the “print job as bitmap” option.
● In the future there will be a PCL driver to simplify processing
I did not see any slot for adding memory.
Make sure you have the latest firmware and software

Have you tried using HP Click to print your files? It is designed to take the guess work out of plotting tasks.
