Product: designjet 1050c plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After updating microsoft 365 I can no longer print from my designjet 1050c plus printer error code 0xc000005
I don't know if its a software or printer problem it worked fine before. I use publisher

It is a Software problem., the printer is ok. 

Bad software instalation. Check.
