Product: Designjet T790 24''
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When attempting to direct print from a new laptop, which only has USB3 ports, I cannot print.  The Windows troubleshooter says it is because of incompatibility of a USB2 device (i.e. the Designjet T790 24'' printer) with the USB3 ports.

The Designjet T790 appears on the list of printers on the laptop, but when a document is sent it does not appear in the print queue and nothing happens.

Laptop is Dell Inspiron

Hi.
Probably you have a problem with plotter driver but firstly you must upgrade de firmware and then reinstall the driver .
