Product: HP DesignJet T795 44-in Printer

I have bought one used Designjet T795. Iam not able to print pdf using it. and it is asking for admin id and password to open most of the settings. I don't have the password. Even the guy I bought it from said he forgot it. Is there any way we can hard reset the printer?
