Where can I find the driver for my Mac mini operating with Sonoma 14.7.3 for my HP DesignJet Z9+ 44 inches?

On the web site of HP, there is no drivers for MAC owner.

I tried to install the driver but my computer say:  Impossible to open the file because Apple cannot verify if it contain malware.
