Repeatedly getting 79:04 error when trying to load either roll or sheet paper. Have tried cleaning sensors that read the paper but still getting 79:04. Have removed from network, turned ipv6 off. Replaced print heads but still getting 79:04. As a last resort I tried an EEROM reset and now when loading the machine it tells me to put in start up print heads? and if i manage to get past that screen it tells me that the MK ink cartridge is not valid for setup. Any ideas? thanks, Tim.

Common fix for the 79.04 errror is to perform a hard drive clean which purges corrupted print jobs. the MK error may be becuase the printer is trying to do an initial startup and does not think that there is enough in the cartridge to perform that task.
