ERROR 56:10 - NVMlibTrans.cpp:1972 in Service Plot Event Log - HP Support Community

Hi, Could someone help me with this error 56:10 on the HP T1300. We have already exchanged the motor, sensor and encoder of the traction/feed shaft of the paper. We performed all calibrations and testing, which were completed correctly. But the error keeps coming up. In the Service Plot/Event Log the error presents itself as NVMlibTrans.cpp:1972. I appreciate it and I'm waiting for a return.

Not sure if you changed this but the service documentation states that the Engine PCA is the part to replace if the encoder does not resolve the issue.

Hi! yes, I already made that substitution. I have another machine like that is working and so I can remove some parts to test. So far I have not been able to solve this error. It usually happens when you finish a print out or when you turn off the machine.
