Product: HP Latex 315 Print and Cut Plus Solution
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Been getting the error code 43.1:11 since purchasing the printer. Was fixed under warranty at first and they changed the printmech PCA, vacuum fan and connection board. But got the error back 5 months later. Just paid 2500$ cad to have it fix and got the error back the next day and still can't print!

 

We had to postpone product launches a few times because we can't print!
