HP Designjet T120
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi all,

i'm an technician working on printer, dektops and laptop at an Hp company.

i just got an job offered to check a designjet (T120) with an error message (805D6231).

i check the service manual of this printer and couldn't find a solution on this error.

i also called the owner of this printer to asked them what they had done recently before they got the error message.

but they explain to me that they just power on the printer and got the error, so they brought it for repair.

i don't know what this errors means, and this is the first time i 've seen this message, so i hope to get some

troubleshootingsteps from you guys.

thanks in advance.
