Hi, I've reviewed the Error Code 08:11 answers so far and found the 1st light flashing 2 & 3 off and the Hard Drive is dead.  just makes a small whining sound.  I need to find the correct replacement drive and order it.  My plotter is a HP Designjet Z5200 PostScript.  Product Number CQ113A Serial Number [edit] Factory CQ113A-64001.   Whatis the replacement part number I need to order and can I get it directly from HP's web site?
