Hello my friends when i turn on my device. Evreything is ok and the status of the device in web page is ready but the problom is the front panel show hp logo and i can,t do any work. What should i do to solve this problom?? How can i reset the front panel?? Please help me. Thanks a lot.

Hi,

please turn off printer and take out formator and insert again, then turn on printer.
