Product: HP DesignJet T230 24-in Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to download the HP_DesignJet_and_PageWide_XL_Installer.exe for my Designjet 230T I get the message.

The requested URL /storage/nawest1/hpi.origin.cdn.level3.net/published/pub/softlib/software13/printers/COL93203/HP_DesignJet_and_PageWide_XL_Installer.exe was not found on this server.

 

this is the address it tries to download from https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/COL93203/HP_DesignJet_and_PageWide_XL_Install...

I'm having the same issue trying to download the software for the T520 Plotter:

I called HP customer support and spent 1 HOUR on hold just for them to tell me that they're working on it and to try again in 1-2 hours. That was yesterday.
