Hi everyone one. I have problem with my DJ510PS. Its need to remove Block head and reinsert back to get print black color. Once i did so it will print one or two A1 size drawings. If i repeated the head change process then head alignment again ingetbone or two pages I tried two different new black head both same results. The black cartridge also tried new one. It like the ink system only prim while thw printer switch on time. We updated latest firmware. Is any issues with windows 10 drivers for this 510PS 24"?

Need to make sure that the cartridge contacts are clean and properly spring loaded.

First thanks for your quick reply. You mean the ink cartridge contact or printer head contact. In the front panel menu the cartridge and head shows detected. I tested the ISS from service menu it pass the test. Is ther any option to prime printer head without setup cartridge?

Dear Dir
you have air in your inktube or using non original ink .
any how restart the printer 5 to 8 times with the ink cartridges inserted and the new printhead inserted
and try to print if it prints more then befor continues to print
if problem comes back restart printer 3-4 times and use a needle ( simple injection ) after removing the printheads remove the air in the ink tube by using the sering gently insert it insted of the printhead remove air reinsert the printhead and perform alignment
good luck
