Failure of bundle PCA board is what this error means. Unplug and leave unplugged for ten minutes. If on restart the error repeats then either the Bundle PCA board has failed on there is a bad connection to the board. First step would be to remove side covers so you can check all connections. If all connections are good the board will need to be replaced.
