Solved!

Forgot the admin password for my printer

HP Recommended
HP Deskjet 5820
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I have forgotten my admin password after changing it from the default. I have tried several known combinations.

 

 

I've done the wireless + cancel button  and its not working

also tried to do a hard reset by disconnecting the printer from the power and keep it for 30 sec then plug the power cord while pressing the power and cancel buttons..

 

 

nothing worked for me.

 

is there any way to completly wipe the settings and configurations from my printer.
