I see this question was asked before. Did anyone get a work around or a fix? I cannot use the program on two devices. It is interrupting the work flow. This has been an ongoing issue since June 2023. Wondering if there is a previous version of HP Click around. The latest update seems to have started this issue.
Thanks in advance!

We are experiencing the same issue with the latest version of HP Click, v3.7.83. We did find out that if we bypass the POE Cisco phone which the PC is getting its network from and we plug the network to the PC directly into the wall, the network does not drop when we run a print job via HP Click. Does anyone else have any ideas on this? I've read through many forums, and it seems HP is not responding to any of these network drop issues from HP Click.

HP stated that this is a known issue,m and here is how you fix it:
Go Device Manager > Ethernet Adapter > Select NIC card and right click on it and select properties > select Advanced Tabs
Go to:
Transmit Buffer - Change value to 2048
Receive Buffers - Change to 2048
Tested printing with HPCLick and able to print with no issue.
