Product: HP DesignJet Z6dr 44-in PostScript Printer with V-Trimmer TAA Compliant

HP Click won't open files. Everything works it just won't open a file. won't drag and drop a file it just sits there. im using IOS 14 latest version. what am I missing. I need this fixed.
