HP Click wont connect Printer

TR- Merhabalar, HP designJet XL 3800 MFP yazıcısını kullanıyorum. Yazdırma işlemi için çoğu zaman HP Click uygulamasından destek alıyorum. Geçen gün sihirli bir şekilde HP Click yazıcıya bağlanmayı bıraktı. (Normal Driver ile yazıcıya dosya aktarıp yazdırma işlemi yapabiliyorum) Ancak Hp click ile bunu artık yapamıyorum.
EN- Hello, I am using HP designJet XL 3800 MFP printer. I mostly get support from HP Click application for printing. The other day HP Click magically stopped connecting to the printer. (I can transfer files to the printer with normal Driver and print) However, I can't do this with Hp click anymore.

Hi, if you check my message I'm already send to 2 Language, TR and EN. Please check it again. HP wont connect with Printer
