Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

   After power on the HP DESIGNJET 500 Displays 21:10 error message.  Any suggestions?

21;10 errors are related to the service station. Depending on the age of the unit, this failure can be caused by  an aerosol fan attached to the service station. This fan was deleted on newer models and a firmware update eliminates the fan and it can be removed. The service station is located on the right hand side and it is where the print heads are parked and is also what cleans the printheads. Over time waste ink can build up and  when it reaches a certain point the station cannot move and must be replaced. It could be physically broken as well or something like waste paper can block movement.
