Product: DesignJet T120
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My Designjet will only print in color and not black. Reinstalled new cartridge, cleaned head several times, sent print jobs from both MAC and PC. Also, Factory reset the entire printer still no black printing.

Good morning,

 

Does the black color appear when printing the print diagnostic page? you can print it using below path on the front panel:

press settings icon, then select Image Quality Maintenance > Print diagnostic image.
