Hi, my HP Design Jet T610 has an error message. It asked me to replace the MK cartridge. It was the middle of the night and I needed to finish a print so I took it out and gave it a shake which sometimes works for a couple of extra drops and when I put it back in the error message came up saying:  Ink cartridge faulty Replace ink cartridge. So I ordered a new genuine HP MK cartridge and installed it and still have the same error message: Ink cartridge faulty Replace ink cartridge. I'm told that the unit that the cartridges sit in cant be ordered / replaced? Could something be clogged up and needs a clean? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. Michael.
