Product: HP DesignJet 500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I am unable to leap from A.02.03 to a.current firmware without first upgrading to A.02.06. HP.com only has back to 04.02. 

How do I upgrade to A.02.06? I know I have to use XP but

When I execute HP_DesignJet_500_800_FU_3.8 nothing happens to the printer
