Hello friends, I am new to the forum and I need information regarding the "B339125A" message that appears on the screen when I turn on my printer. The printer starts the startup process and the next message appears the indicated message. Does anyone know what this error is about? .... Thanks.

Your main pca board has gone bad. Most likey the usb driver mounted to the board that contains the firmware. Since it is possible it is not the usb drive I would replace the board with a new one from hp that comes with the usb drive.

Hi, Isolate the printer, remove ink cartridge, printhead and paper Try another power cable and power outlet If the issue persist use the CQ890-67105 USB New Module with F/W SV https://parts.hp.com/hpparts/Search_Results.aspx?mscssid=E1AD3E9E1F58403DA3412CF475D95B16&SearchIn=P... Good news, that's a lot cheaper than the Main PCA Smiley Happy
