HP T125
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i have some issues with my HP T125 printer.

When i print some pictures, photos, graphics on coated, plain paper, i have beautifull black color.

But, when i want to print some photos, black is not black.. but black with some "blue/green film" or something like that.. (you can see on my photos)

I have ORIGINAL HP BLACK INK (i tried 3 original black colors)
I have ORIGINAL HP PREMIUM PHOTO GLOSS ROLL PAPER (new, i tried 2 origInal papers)

Printer is 3 months old.

I attached some photos of my problem..

For compare... i have photos where i use the same paper on 2 printers - my EPSON L1300 and HP T125

You can check and compare black colors when i choice "photo gloss paper"
(Uploading images not working so I'm posting a link to my Google Drive)

Hello @mtvrdmi

After checking the paper that you are using I didn't find it in the supported ones for the T125 printer.(https://hp.globalbmg.com/en/products?specs=1435) as you can find there are others photo papers that this printer supports.

I appreciate very much the time you took in sending me the pictures, after checking the specifications of the Epson machine I noticed that it is designed for all type of jobs however the T125 is a basic technical printer designed for drawings and lines however if you use the supported photo media it might print better because internally there is no preset that you will find for your HP Premium Photo Gloss paper which I think was designed for other type of printers, do you have the part number of this one so I can check which printers support it?

Thank you.
