HP Recommended

I purchased the DesignJet 712B (80ml) ink. However when I replaced the Introductory cartridge with the new cartridge, “incompatible cartridge” warning popped up and the printer does not work. 

712B is the only ink option I find and can buy on HP official website. 

I went through the ink replacement detail in my printer, it seems it only accepts the following ink products options:

HP 712 LOW FILL

HP 712 HIGH FILL

HP 712A LOW FILL

HP 712A HIGH FILL

 

I am not able to find such ink products on the official web.

please help 🙏🏻
