Hello @Perza , how are you ?

 

Please, issue with either the formatter or HDD. First step is to ensure that the firmware is up to date. Download the latest firmware and copy the FMV file to a usb stick. Insert the stick in the front USB slot and turn the printer on and the device should detect that there is a firmware update to be installed. If it prompts "do you want to reinstall" say yes. If that does not resolve the issue you have a hardware fault.

 

If your plotter has a warranty, you can contact HP and obtain technical assistance.

 

If you want it out of warranty, try an assistant as indicated below:
