There is a problem with the printer HP DesignJet T520, something rattled while printing and printing stopped. After rebooting, everything seems to work, but when sending a print job, the display says that printing is in progress, but in fact nothing is being printed. No arror massege at all. Can someone tell what to do? Thanks

If it was during the cutting cycle it might be a damaged/jammed cutter. The cutter not in use location is on the left side of the carriage. The carriage moves over and grabs the cutter. If the cutter gets stuck to the carriage it can jam the carriage. Cutter failures are somewhat common on this model.

unfortunately, this happened not during cutting, but during printing, halfway through the process. The knife is not stuck, it is in place. When inserting the paper roll, the printer head moves freely and the printer becomes ready to print. When a print task is received, the display says "printing is in progress", but in fact it is not happens. Utilities that test the printer from a PC write that it is in perfect order and ready for printing, but it does not print the test page either.

when you say moves freely, do you mean the printer is able to move the head by itself or are you moving the printhead. If you can move the printhead manually when the printer is on that would suggest that the drive belt may be broken. Do you have a single sheet feeder on this model and have you tried loading paper that way? Wondering if something in the roll paper drive has failed.
