Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print from a HP DesignJet T650 24-in printer. My files at 138" by 24" however today my printer is printing the correct lengths blank. (I haven't printed something in possibly two to three weeks). I attempted to turn off my device and the printer. Reload the paper. Clean the black ink cartridge. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Also my operating system is windows 10 Enterprise if that changes anything.

 

Update I can print 75" long with the graphics wanted...
