I been trying to fix and old T730 I have in my office and I got it to work and move fine but it won’t actually print anything. I try multiple times to do the maintenance along printhead and it keeps failing I have cleaned everything and nothing looks out of place or broken. What other steps could I do? Additionally when I do any test print I’ll throw some blue on the paper but it is not solid that why I think it is the alignment.

With that little ink on the page, I suspect you have either serious clogging of the printer or it is defective. If you have run multiple cleaning cycles with no improvement then the next drastic step would be to manually cleaning the printhead and if that does not succeed, then you will need to replace the printhead. Check you tube for videos on manually cleaning HP printheads.
