Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi;

 

im facing problem with the printer, no change happened on it all the sudden it stoped printing and it shows "Waiting to print" on the control panel, even i itried to print demo locally from the control panel but still same problem

 

even if i delete it, it will remaing thier saying "cancling job" for ever untill i switched it off and make on again
