HP DesignJet T920
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Everyone,

Could you please help me with any solution for a HP DesignJet T920 unable to load "little" like 610 or 420mm rolls?
When we tried to load this kind of rolls always get the message correcting skew but when it tries to correct it will be even worse and after unload it automatically. With large, like 841mm rolls there is no problem, it can be loaded after correcting the skew.
It has the latest firmware installed (MRY_06_00_06.1.fmw), cleaned the papr path, line sensor cheched and calibrated too.
Do you have any other idea to solve this issue? If we directy put the paper with a little skew sometimes it can be loaded.
Thank you for any suggestion.

Regards,
Elekresz
