The plotter is not printing the entire page, cutting prints off prematurely along with text being overlapped. The roll is ejected after every single print and we have to reload it.
I do not know if these are a result of one another but we initially had an error message indicating "clean stacker and basket." This had been cleared and no longer appears however. Please assist.

I have worked with issues where a leaking printhead causes contamination of the paper sensor on the carriage. If you open the printhead door on the right side of the printer and look around for excess ink. If you see ink, check on the far right of the service station for a small tan colored brush. This is what cleans the paper sensor and if it is covered with ink then it transfer that ink onto the lens for the paper sensor. If there is excess ink the printhead will need to be replaced and I recommend replacing the service station at the same time, as it is difficult to properly clean the brush without damaging it. You will also need to clean the sensor on the carriage, easiest done while you have the service station off for replacement.
