I am having a similar problem to someone else's that saw no resolution. I have an HP Designjet Z6200 60" aqueous large format printer. The ink sensors are not detecting the first 3 ink cartridges (M, LM, PK) all others are detected no problem. There was an issues last week where the AC went out for several hours and when returning to the shop condensation was found through the building and some moisture (little but some) within the printers. All other printers are working fine, but this one is not registering the 3 listed ink cartridges as loaded. All sensors look clean, unbent and have no residue. The printer was left open and powered off for 3 days to allow any moisture to dry out, however it is still not reading. There is no physical defect visible prior to taking any covers off. Additionally when attempting to install an ink cartridge on these 3 inks, there is not the typical slight pressure that is felt when installing the others, no click into place.
