Product: HP DesignJet Z9+ 44-in PostScript Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The plotter was running firmware JGR9_09_22_51.2 with the Onyx Rip Center software. After updating the firmware to JGR9_09_25_31.2, I started having problems connecting to the plotter; port 8090 was unresponsive.
The older firmware is not available for download.
To solve the problem, a previous version of BIOS is required.
