Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I am printing from photoshop on a 24" roll and it sets of printing nicely, but it suddenly stops and the carriage is on the right just moving back and forth about an inch. If I wait it cuts what it's printed and the job has vanished from the queue.

 

The stalls are very random, can be in the first few inches of print or halfway through a print.

 

Does anyone know of a fix or the reason for this.

I saw those before with my DJ500 on Windows 7  .

Just check on hp website, seemed there was no pcl driver of DJ500 for Windows 10....

 

I recommend you find a PC with Windows 7, then download the PCL driver & try , see this problem

still existed.
