Hi, 

 

The workstation was upgraded and a new SSD drive installed. Windows 10 64 bit and all updates installed. I installed the HP Instant Printing app. The HP Designjet 510 24pin plotter is plugged into the workstation via USB. Test prints fine. I can print the PDF directly to the printer but its A4 size. When using the HP Instant print application, you load the file to be printed, change the paper size and roller size to ISO1 which is correct and worked perfectly before. You click on print and it loads but gets stuck and doesnt print, even left it over night and it was in the same position as before. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the HP instant print app. I have tried repair option. I have removed and added the printer but still have the same issue. 

 

It all worked before but now it wont work at all.
